Who you are dealing with
This site belongs to Immortal Power Training Center, 1228 Lincoln Street, Vandergrift, PA 15690. Using the site means you are fine with what is on this page. If you are not, stop using it.
What this site is
It describes our coaching, our prices, and how to reach us. Everything here is general information about training. It is not medical advice and it is not a personalized program. Nothing you read here creates a coaching relationship. That starts when you sign up.
Training carries risk
Strength training and conditioning can injure you, and that holds true with any coach at any level. Before you start with us or follow anything you see on this site or on our YouTube channel, get cleared by a doctor, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or you are coming back from either. You train at your own risk.
Signing up
Every client starts with a free consultation. Nothing is owed for that. If you decide to train with us, you will sign a separate client agreement and a waiver, and those documents control the actual coaching relationship. Where they disagree with this page, they win.
Prices and billing
Prices on the pricing page are current today and can change. Training is billed monthly. You can cancel any time, and cancelling stops the next month rather than refunding the one you are in. Missed sessions are handled the way your client agreement spells out.
What you agree to
Tell us the truth about your health, follow the safety instructions you are given in the gym, treat the equipment and the other people in the room well, and pay on time. Coach Mike can end a training relationship if any of that stops being true.
Results
The results and reviews on this site are real and they belong to the people who earned them. They are not a promise of what will happen for you. What you get out of training depends on how you eat, how you sleep, whether you show up, your genetics, and where you started.
Everything on the site
The text, photos, videos, and design here belong to Immortal Power Training Center or are used with permission. Do not copy them for your own business. Share a link instead.
Links out
We link to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. We do not run those and we are not responsible for what happens on them.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Immortal Power Training Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come out of using this website or following general information on it. This does not cut back anything you cannot legally sign away, including liability for injury caused by our own negligence in the gym.
Pennsylvania law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Westmoreland County.

We can update this page. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
