The short version
Immortal Power Training Center is a gym in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. We collect the small amount of information you hand us so we can call you back, book your consultation, and coach you. We do not sell it or trade it to anyone.
What we collect
If you fill out the contact form, we get your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and whatever you type in the message box. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything.
If you call or email us directly, we have that too, the same way any business does.
Once you become a client, we collect what we need to train you without hurting you. That means your training history, injuries, goals, and anything about your health that changes how we program for you. You choose how much of that to share. The less we know, the more we have to guess.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, schedule you, bill you, and build your program. We may text or email you about your sessions. If we ever want to send you anything beyond that, we will ask first.
Who else sees it
Coach Mike and anyone coaching alongside him. Beyond that, only the services we need to run the gym, such as our email provider, our scheduling and payment tools, and the company that hosts this website. They handle the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We will hand over information if the law requires it. That is the only other case.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We do load fonts from Google and photos from a content delivery network, and those companies will see your IP address the way they do on most sites. Videos embedded from YouTube follow YouTube's own privacy terms once you press play.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages sit in our inbox until they stop being useful. Client records stay as long as you train with us and for a reasonable period after, since people come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Email us and you can ask what we have on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop messaging you. We are a small gym. Send a message and someone reads it.
Kids
We coach athletes as young as eight. Those clients are signed up by a parent or guardian, and we deal with the parent or guardian on anything involving their information. We do not knowingly collect information from a child through this website.
Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. No website is bulletproof and we are not going to claim ours is.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
